Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. Every plan includes building, editing and publishing rosters, private links for staff, emails to staff when you publish, and Excel downloads.
Questions
What is a unit?
A unit is one team with its own roster, for example one ward or one clinic.
What is a solve?
A solve is one request to build a roster, or to build it again after you change something. Each plan has a number of solves a day. The count starts again at midnight UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
What does the free trial include?
The trial lasts 14 days and has its own limits, shown above under Trial. You do not get the limits of a paid plan during the trial. Your account also starts with a sample unit that is already solved. The sample does not count as one of your units.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You need an email address, a password and a name for your organisation.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. You can still open and download your rosters, and the links you gave your staff keep working. You cannot build, edit or publish a roster until your organisation is on a paid plan. The owner of your organisation can choose a plan on the billing page, during the trial or after it.
Do my staff need accounts?
No. Staff open the published roster through a private link, in a web browser. Anyone who has a link can open it, and you can replace a link at any time so that the old one stops working.
Is GST part of the price?
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. Each price is for one month.
What is editing in plain English?
On a plan that includes it, you can describe a change to a roster's set-up in words, see what would change, and then apply it.
